Received DocumentsEmail is received into queues which can be viewed using the Talisman email viewer. This does not need an email client to be loaded and attached to a Client, Contact, Candidate, Job or Booking record as described above. Email attachments such as CV's can also be attached to a Candidate record. Optionally they can also be processed through the optional Free Text Retrieval tool which indexes words for later retrieval during short-list preparation. Fax uses Fax2send which enables faxes to be sent or received. Received faxes are saved as images which are viewed on a split screen using the Talisman viewer which enables images to be magnified or rotated. They are then attached to a Client, Contact, Candidate, Job or Booking record as described above Letters or other documents can be scanned using any scanner and are processed via a batch queue, thereafter being handled just like faxes above. This enables documents such as Certificates, Photographs and other documents to be viewed from the candidate record and in turn printed, faxed or emailed as an attachment to clients. |

Sending DocumentsDocuments my be sent from within Talisman and are automatically attached to a Contact or Candidate record. Document preparation may be on an individual or list basis, such as for instance is contacting Candidates on a short list. When the document type is selected the appropriate tool is opened for preparation of the document. Standard phrases/paragraphs can be built up and re-used. No external tools are used so it is not necessary for a Word Processor, email Client or Fax2Send Client to be loaded on the Client PC. Contact Talisman Sales for more information
