Clients can see invoices and the source Timesheet document(s) and the Timesheet image(s) if retained. This can greatly reduce previously necessary telephone calls and the necessity to copy and resend copy Timesheets. Clients can also be allowed to enter Jobs directly. This makes it very easy to use your agency and can give you a competitive advantage. If it is branded with their colours and logo it can feel like an internal system to their users.

The Contractor/Temp Extranet can enable a Contractor/Temp to look at their Payslip and Timesheet record on-line over the Internet. If the source Timesheet is a single rather than bulk document, they can also look at an image of the original. This can prevent unecessary phone calls. They can also update their availability diary to show when they are available or unavailable due to holidays, sickness or other unavailability.

The Candidate Extranet provides the ability to directly publish open positions to a Job Site as well as allow Candidates/Contractors/Temps to apply on-line for these positions.
