Timesheet Processing

Overview

The Talisman Timesheet Processing module enables Timesheet details to be entered for a single or bulk Timesheets for later processing by the Payroll module and preparation of Invoices. Timesheet Processing can be interfaced with third-party products using the transfer files that are created.

 
The optional Talisman Document processing module enables the source Timesheet documents to be stored against the Booking, Candidate and Invoice records and viewed, reprinted, faxed, or emailed as an attachment, at any time. They can also be viewed by the Client using the Client Extranet.

Original Timesheets are scanned (using any PC connected scanner) and retained in a batch queue. Faxed Timesheets are received using Fax2Send and also placed in the batch queue for processing. When a batch is closed the individual Timesheets are presented in a split screen with the Timesheet image at the top (this is the default and can be switched) and the Timesheet entry screen at the bottom. If bar codes are on the Timesheet image the Booking record can automatically be pre-loaded. If it is a bulk Timesheet the Contractor/Temp is selected and the hours entered. Different hourly rates are supported and contractual terms such as minimum hours can be accommodated. You can choose to pay and invoice or invoice only. Contractors/Temps may be PAYE or Limited Companies. Self-billing is also supported.
