Consultants Workbench

Overview

The Talisman Consultants Workbench is the heart of Talisman's Front Office. From this part of the system a consultant can see all the outstanding tasks and actions for that day, review their diary of appointments and look at all faxes, scanned documents and emails received.

Consultants can also look at the status of all open Jobs. All information is presented in a tabbed format. Navigation is by clicking on a tab which switches to the relevant screen.

When an open item is selected (Job, Action, task or document) the appropriate screen display is loaded into a separate browser window. All actions are logged and management reports can be produced of activity levels and success rates. This information can be download to a PC application (typically MS Excel or Word).
