We pride ourselves to go the extra mile in providing support. Support is by telephone, email and over the Internet to your 'system', whether this is on a hosted or in-house server. All calls are answered by 1st line support personnel who can refer it to a specialist for resolution if needbe. We log all calls and deal with them on a priority basis whereby a 'system down' is treated as the most urgent.
Standard hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
